Fan-designed models give us a flavour of what the rumoured LEGO SpongeBob SquarePants Conch Street could look like.
LEGO Icons is expected to welcome 11386 SpongeBob SquarePants: Conch Street later this year, according to the latest online rumours. If true, this would mark the first LEGO SpongeBob SquarePants set since 2012.
It wouldn't be the first time that the LEGO Group has visited Bikini Bottom, with past sets like 2009's 3834 Good Neighbours at Bikini Bottom and 2012's 3818 Bikini Bottom Undersea Party already recreating parts of Conch Street. However, with a rumoured 1,794 pieces, the rumoured 2026 set would have around four times as many bricks to play with.
It's not just the past that we can turn to for ideas on what the rumoured LEGO Icons set could look like, however. SpongeBob SquarePants fans have been imagining LEGO versions of Conch Street for years now. Some, like Ploopis' Spongebob's Pineapple House - 124 Conch Street and DrizzleLEGO's Spongebob's Pineapple, focus solely on SpongeBob's pineapple home.
The proportions of the former are spot on, and we also like the details included around the base and in the side builds of the Rebrickable custom build. The latter has a punchier colour scheme, and more attention has been given to sculpting the lumps and bumps of SpongeBob's home.
However, the set name 11386 SpongeBob SquarePants: Conch Street seems to suggest the whole street will be rendered in LEGO bricks, which could help to account for the large piece count as well. For an idea of what that could look like, we turn to the second review round of 2025, where Vaicko's SpongeBob Squarepants – 25th Anniversary offers all three buildings from the underwater road.

Although this set is currently under review for LEGO Ideas, if 11386 SpongeBob SquarePants: Conch Street is indeed on its way into Icons, it would likely spell the end for Vaicko's fan designer hopes. The detailed versions of the three buildings from along Conch Street are faithfully recreated, giving a sense of what the rumoured LEGO Icons set could look like, however.
For now, take all the rumoured details with a pinch of salt until we get official confirmation from the LEGO Group.
