London’s Covent Garden will play host to The Chalet of Play next month, a festive wonderland created by the LEGO Group just for the holiday season.
The festive season is right around the corner, with less than two months to go until the annual big day. To get shoppers in the Christmas spirit, the LEGO Group has announced that it will be heading to Covent Garden in London next month to debut The Chalet of Play.
The free holiday event will be running at the location from November 8 to November 30 and will feature a wonderland of family fun, with plenty to experience for those who are planning to attend.
The Chalet of Play will include a Christmas market with fairground challenges at the Tinsel Toss, gaming-inspired missions in the LEGO Minecraft Zone and the chance to make your own LEGO Heart in the Build to Give area.
Visitors can also check out the Creativi-Tree, where they’ll be invited to construct a Christmas-themed model from a selection of LEGO pieces and hang it on a tree filled with other fan-made decorations.
There will also be a Gingerbread House on display at The Chalet of Play, multiple building activities and even an opportunity to grab a quick selfie with larger-than-life LEGO models of Santa Claus and Rudolf the reindeer.
In addition, the festive fun will continue right around the corner at the LEGO Store Leicester Square. The retail location is inviting families to take a look at a winter wonderland chalet on the first floor from 11am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 12pm to 6pm on Sundays between November 8 to November 30.
The in-store experience will include various interactive zones, building activities, models of Cataclaws and a selection of brick-built musical props, plus the opportunity to decorate a LEGO tree.
Popping into the LEGO Store Leicester Square during the event will also give shoppers the chance to pick up a number of Christmas 2025 sets as stocking fillers, such as 40806 Gingerbread AT-AT Walker, 40809 Festive Gingerbread House, 40812 Snowman Ornaments and more.
