LEGO Alchemist’s Shop, Sushi Restaurant and more available to pre-order today

Series 7 of the BrickLink Designer Program gets underway today, with five new LEGO sets available to pre-order for a very limited time only.

Crowdfunding for the next round of the BrickLink Designer Program begins at 8am PT / 4pm GMT today (February 16), and will remain open for a little over a week (or until all sets sell out). Series 7 includes the Pirates-themed Privateer Frigate Fortuna, buildable robot W.A.L.T., 21325 Medieval Blacksmith successor Alchemist’s Shop, the Japanese-inspired Sushi Restaurant and the display-ready Antique Collection.

A total 150,000 copies of these sets will be available to pre-order, split evenly between the five sets – at least at first. The LEGO Group has introduced dynamic production allocation for recent and future series, which aims to prevent sets selling out during the crowdfunding window (as happened in earlier series). If a particular set isn’t selling as well as others, production capacity can be re-allocated in real time to meet demand.

That theoretically means all five of these sets will be available to order for the entire crowdfunding window, but there are no guarantees – especially if they all prove equally popular – so you’ll still want to be on the button as soon as possible when crowdfunding begins to secure your chosen sets. Only those sets that reach 3,000 pre-orders will enter production, and there’s a limit of two copies of each set per household.

As always, the LEGO Group will place a temporary hold on your card for the funds required, but you won’t actually be charged until they ship, which is expected to happen in July 2026. This will be your only chance to get your hands on these sets outside of sales of leftover copies (from cancelled orders, for example), but the chances of getting your hands on them at that point are slim.

Your best bet is still ordering during the initial crowdfunding window, which for Series 7 gets underway on February 16 at 8am PT / 4pm GMT and closes on February 23 at 12pm PT / 8pm GMT, or when all sets sell out.

Head to BrickLink to pre-order your Series 7 sets when the time comes.
