Two new LEGO Technic models race onto the official online store 

The official online store has now confirmed that two new LEGO Technic models will be racing into fans’ collections later this summer.

Earlier today an online retailer revealed a first look at two upcoming LEGO Technic sets based on real-life vehicles. Now, thanks to listings on the official online store, we have all of the details on the pair of builds and which licensed cars they’re recreating.

Both 42160 Audi R2 Q e-tron and 42161 Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica are scheduled to arrive online and in-stores on August 1, 2023, with each set offering very different price points, despite their relatively close piece counts. The two upcoming models will follow in the tyre tracks of three new LEGO Technic sets that were launched today, 42162 Bugatti Bolide Agile Blue, 42157 John Deere 948L-II Skidder and 42158 NASA Mars Rover Perseverance.

Fans of rally driving will definitely want to get their hands on this remote-controlled LEGO Technic set, based on the vehicle that Audi built to navigate the harsh desert conditions of the Dakar Rally. 42161 Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica
