Amazon has a growing number of exclusive LEGO sets on its books, and pretty much all of them are discounted right now for its Spring Deal Days.
Sets exclusive to a single third-party retailer are only sold there or through official LEGO channels, which reduces their chances of seeing hefty discounts. When sales do come along, it’s worth paying attention: and that’s true right now in Amazon’s Spring Deal Days, where no fewer than nine LEGO sets have just received rare discounts.
Highlights include 75419 Death Star’s first price drop in the UK, £60 off 10333 The Lord of the Rings: Barad-dûr and almost £20 off 75428 Battle Droid with STAP. There are tempting exclusive offers up for grabs if your LEGO budget won’t quite stretch to those, too: 31171 Majestic Rhino is 20% off, while 76447 Hogwarts Castle: Flying Lessons is down to just £59.49 (and is ripe for modding into a Castle or Pirates set).
Odds are good that these deals will never be beaten, as Amazon typically doesn’t discount by more than 15% for its tentpole exclusive sets. That’s still a better saving than LEGO Insiders points, though – even during double points events, when you can earn up to 10% cashback to spend at LEGO.com. Here you’re getting an extra 5% off and the cash in your pocket.
Amazon’s Spring Deal Days run until March 16, but there’s no guarantee all these sets will still be in stock then, so best not to wait until the last minute if any of them have caught your eye.
