LEGOLAND Australia has just officially revealed a new LEGOLAND set for 2024, bringing pirate treasure games to life.
40710 Pirate Splash Battle has been revealed in full, with a gallery of images published on LEGOLAND Australia Discovery Centre's online shop. This offers a far better look at the set, after an initial blurry first look in December of last year, revealing details like the minifigure trading badge on the pirate torso, a chest full of treasures, and of course some LEGOLAND branding on the flag.
The listing has 40710 Pirate Splash Battle priced at $39.99 (AUD), which is roughly £20 / $26 / €24, for the 171-piece set. Some of the trinkets and accessories included in the two-part build include translucent gems, crabs, a skull, and a trophy for the three minifigures to fight over, as well as the new shark that has only so far been seen in LEGO City 2023 sets.
Like other LEGOLAND sets, you can add 40710 Pirate Splash battle do previous ones to expand your brick-built version of LEGOLAND, according to the description of the set. It appears to already be available to buy on the Australian LEGOLAND Store but there's no word on when it will be available around the world, if not already.
