The LEGO BrickHeadz theme recreates Wednesday's two contrasting main characters, but how well do they translate to this blocky style?

Wednesday was made to be a BrickHeadz

The LEGO BrickHeadz stare can be eery and slightly blank at times, thanks to the mirrored studs for eyes. Thankfully, that lends itself perfectly to a Wednesday Addams BrickHeadz, a teenager known for her deadpan stare and never for her smile. The rigid symmetry of her plaits and the featureless face means that Wednesday is instantly recognisable in this form.

No one does hair like LEGO BrickHeadz
LEGO BrickHeadz have showcased some creative building techniques for hairstyles in the past (looking at you, 40752 Mirabel Madrigal or Lando in 40623 Battle of Endor Heroes, for example) and
Wednesday is similarly detailed, with rounded studs and slopes recreating her iconic plaits. Symmetrical slopes on the sides, top, and fringe are neat for Wednesday where Enid's hair is free-flowing, highlighting the clear contrast in their styles just like in the show. The personality of each character is clearly presented in the part of the BrickHeadz models that has the most pieces and space to play with: the hair.
BrickHeadz Enid is simple but effective

Coming to the rest of Enid's design, it's undoubtedly simple – yet effective. The colourful blocky body is accurate to Enid's stripey fashion on Netflix's Wednesday and makes for a quick but satisfying build. While the interior bricks of the Wednesday BrickHeadz are covered up by the specially printed plaque, you can see what you've built with Enid and it pays off in a retro look that matches the shades of her hair.
Enid's style is quite simply colourful and not quite as distinctive as Wednesday's but the attention to detail on her hair and outfit means she's just as recognisable as her bestie.

Honest opinion: A solid entry into the LEGO BrickHeadz range that captures the defining features across both of Wednesday's main characters.
