Rounding out the LEGO Ideas set are a selection of seven minifigures in the shape of Bella Swan, Edward Cullen (with snazzy sparkle effect), Jacob Black, Carlisle Cullen, Alice Cullen, Charlie Swan and Rosalie Hale, plus a brick-built Jacob wolf figure.
What people are saying about 21354 Twilight: The Cullen House
While no reviews of 21354 Twilight: The Cullen House have dropped so far, LEGO fans have already been sharing their thoughts about the upcoming licensed movie model. Some are ecstatic to see Twilight immortalised in brick-built form at last, praising the colours of the set closely matching the real-life house and the fact that the building captures the moody look of the movies.
Other Twilight fans have been less than enthusiastic about the LEGO Ideas release, expressing their disappointment with 21354 Twilight: The Cullen House’s inaccurate architecture, the model’s hefty price tag and the lack of burly fan-favourite character, Emmett.
Overall though, the general feeling from the LEGO fan community is that 21354 Twilight: The Cullen House mostly delivers the goods, ticking plenty of boxes when it comes authenticy, attention-to-detail and it’s impressive minifigure selection.
"Cool house. Love the grand piano build. Wolf is goofy but nice out of the context of the house. $220 is too much. Would’ve liked to see this priced like the Viking Village really. Maybe a small premium."
"Honestly, not a bad set from a design point of view. Very "modern" style for the house, new head/torso prints for the principal cast, and I suspect it is a little larger in person than the photos may let on."
