Every new piece in the LEGO One Piece Season 2 sets

The upcoming LEGO One Piece Season 2 sets are packed with new elements, most of which are minifigure-exclusive and character-specific.

A new wave of LEGO Piece sets will be released on August 1, 2026, consisting of six models to be launched alongside the more generic 75647 Gum-Gum Fruit. Just like those of the first wave, these sets include several new and exclusive elements for the show's characters. The introduction of smaller characters has led the LEGO Group down an experimental path this time, though.

A brand-new body

Tony Tony Chopper's LEGO debut means a new take on the LEGO baby body element, adding rotating hands and space for a standard minifigure head. You can find out more about this element in our in-depth report.

The part appears in 75641 Dr. Hiriluk’s Hideout and 75645 Battle at Drum Castle, depicting Chopper. It also appears with a white design for Mr. 13 in 75644 Dorry vs. Brogy – Giants of Little Garden. Both include another new element specific to the character, as well.

Minifigure headwear

Several of the new LEGO One Piece minifigures include some kind of fresh headwear element. 75641 Dr. Hiriluk’s Hideout has one for Dr. Hiriluk's hat and hair, and 75644 Dorry vs. Brogy – Giants of Little Garden features a new piece for Mr. 3's hair, Mr. 13's hat, as well as Miss Goldenweek's hat and hair.

The two largest sets in the new wave come with one new hat element, too. Wapol in 75645 Battle at Drum Castle has one for his hippo hat and metal mouth, while Miss All Sunday has another new hat and hair combination piece in 75646 Garp’s Marine Battleship.

Minifigure accessories

Wapol has another new element in the form of a fresh cape fabric piece, making up one of two new accessory elements in the six upcoming sets. 75642 Showdown with Captain Smoker features another new minifigure accessory in the form of Smoker's extended arms, topped with standard bigfig hands in white.

Sails and banners

Rounding out the selection of new elements is a fresh set of textile sails and a banner in 75646 Garp’s Marine Battleship. Whether they count as new elements isup to you, but help shape the battleship and add some narrative to the overall scene in the set.
