Every LEGO Winter Village set – 2024 update

The LEGO Winter Village is one of the LEGO Group's most reliable and prolific collections – and 2024 does not disappoint.

The newly-revealed 10339 Santa's Post Office is more whimsical than many of its fellows in the Winter Village collection, joining 15 other festive builds that come together to form one holiday-loving village. The 2024 addition is closer to 10293 Santa’s Visit than some of its more grounded siblings, 10308 Holiday Main Street and 10325 Alpine Lodge, bringing a dash of magic to the display.

Some dedicated builders have managed to collect most or even all of the LEGO Winter Village sets but if you need a reminder of what came before, check out the full list of LEGO Winter Village sets below, starting all the way back in 2009.

16 – 10199 Winter Village Toy Shop 

Year: 2009 Pieces: 815 Minifigures: 7 Price: £44.99 / $59.99 / €59.99 

The first LEGO Winter Village set was a somewhat meta build in the form of 10199 Winter Village Toy Shop. Released in 2009, the colours are much darker than the Winter Village sets that came later but it still packed in plenty of detail that we would come to know and love.

15 – 10216 Winter Village Bakery 

Year: 2010 Pieces: 687 Minifigures: 7 Price: £50.99 / $54.99 / €54.99 

A brighter colour scheme was selected for 10216 Winter Village Bakery, complete with plenty of side builds between the ice rink, horse and cart, and sales stand to buy Christmas trees. The snow-capped roof plays home to a bakery packed full of sweet treats.

14 – 10222 Winter Village Post Office 

Year: 2011 Pieces: 822 Minifigures: 7 Price: £49.99 / $69.99 / €69.99 

10222 Winter Village Post Office features some rare brick-built instruments that have only been depicted a couple of times since, such as the saxophone. The 2011 set also marked the beginning of a postal service that would continue to be referenced in the collection.

13 – 10229 Winter Village Cottage 

Year: 2012 Pieces: 1,490 Minifigures: 8 Price: £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 

10229 Winter Village Cottage steers away from the business-focused builds that came before and offers some residential choices for the minifigure inhabitants of the Winter Village – including an igloo, no less. There's also a fire store, some skis for the villagers to use, and many more Christmassy accessories besides.

12 – 10235 Winter Village Market 

Year: 2013 Pieces: 1,261 Minifigures: 9 Price: £79.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 

A shopping-focused LEGO Winter Village set before the range embraced the high street, 10235 Winter Village Market is made up of various different builds, collected around the largest base plate. It works well as a centrepiece for a display of all the Winter Village sets.

11 – 10245 Santa’s Workshop 

Year: 2014 Pieces: 883 Minifigures: 6 Price: £59.99 / $69.99 / €69.99 

10245 Santa’s Workshop is the first set to feature the Jolly Red Man himself, paving the way for 2024's 10339 Santa's Post Office. Santa, Mrs Claus, and a whole team of elves are busy working away to make sure all the presents are ready for Christmas, including some references to some familiar brick-based toys you might recognise...

10 – 10249 Winter Toy Shop 

Year: 2015 Pieces: 898 Minifigures: 8 Price: £64.99 / $79.99 / €69.99 

10249 Winter Shop remakes the first LEGO Winter set with a colour scheme that fits in better with the sets that came afterwards and some new building techniques to keep things fresh for longtime collectors. Admittedly, it doubles up on some of the ground covered by 10199 Winter Village Toy Shop but it's a respectable set nonetheless.

9 – 10254 Winter Holiday Train 

Year: 2016 Pieces: 734 Minifigures: 5 Price: £74.99 / $99.99 / €89.99 

At this point, the LEGO Group arguably seems to be relying upon people buying all the Winter Village sets, with 10254 Winter Holiday Train 's ideal companion set not arriving until the following year. Still, the 2016 addition is one of the most unique entries into the LEGO Winter Village Collection, being based around a vehicle rather than a building or location.

8 – 10259 Winter Village Station 

Year: 2017 Pieces: 902 Minifigures: 5 Price: £74.99 / $79.99 / €69.99 

Your minifigures can finally board the brick-built train in 2017, thanks to the release of 10259 Winter Village Station, complete with tracks and a bus to ferry people to and from the station. Travelling around the holidays can be stressful but building and enjoying this set surely won't be.

7 – 10263 Winter Village Fire Station 

Year: 2018 Pieces: 1,166 Minifigures: 8 Price: £84.99 / $99.99 / €89.99 

The emergency services don't take the holidays off, and 10263 Winter Village Fire Station is a reminder of that. The arch-laden building is impressive to look at, paired with a new Christmas tree design and one of the most elegant fountains we've ever seen, in LEGO or not.

6 – 10267 Gingerbread House

Year: 2019 Pieces: 1,477 Minifigures: 2 Price: £84.99 / $99.99 / €89.99 

10267 Gingerbread House is another set that steers away from reality and more into the magic of Christmas. The house itself is designed to look like gingerbread and sweets, populated with a family of gingerbread people as well.

5 – 10275 Elf Club House 

Year: 2020 Pieces: 1,197 Minifigures: 4 Price: £79.99 / $99.99 / €89.99 

The elves work hard every year, so they need somewhere to chill out too. 10275 Elf Club House continues the more fantastical sets with a cutesy house for the green-clad people to live in.

4 – 10293 Santa’s Visit 

Year: 2021 Pieces: 1,445 Minifigures: 4 Price: £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 

10293 Santa’s Visit marks the return of Santa at last, showing him in action delivering presents with a fun play feature that means he can actually jump down the chimney. The bright colour scheme of the house stands apart from the other more realistic buildings from earlier in the series, but aligns well with some of the more magical ones.

3 – 10308 Holiday Main Street 

Year: 2022 Pieces: 1,514 Minifigures: 6 Price: £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 

10308 Holiday Main Street returns to the more grounded holiday sets, showcasing holiday retail in a whole new way. The earthy colour scheme adds a new touch to the Winter Village collection and the trolley is a substantial side build that's worth a closer look all on its own.

2 – 10325 Alpine Lodge

Year: 2023 Pieces: 1,517 Minifigures: 5 Price: £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 

Featuring another skating model, a snowmobile, an outhouse and the huge lodge itself, 10325 Alpine Lodge is a cosy depiction of travelling for the holidays, journeying to Alpine mountains with an ice rink, ski possibilities, and a snowmobile to pull the Christmas tree over to the lodge.

After a two-set departure from expanding Santa's brick-built world, we now have the fantasy companion to 2011's 10222 Winter Village Post Office. After all, where else would Santa receive his letters? Joined by a team of elves, Santa also has a hot air balloon that's ready to take to the skies, as well as an outdoor fireplace for extreme cosiness.
